1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the GameCash application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. How GameCash works
The App displays gaming offers supplied by third-party offerwall networks (Ayet Studios, AdGem, Torox, and similar partners). Completing an offer's stated goal, as verified by the relevant network, earns you points, redeemable subject to minimum thresholds shown in the App.
4. Account
- One account per person. Duplicate or automated accounts will be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- False information may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
5. Points, rewards, and withdrawals
- Points have no cash value until successfully withdrawn and are not transferable between accounts.
- Reward crediting depends on confirmation from the relevant offer network.
- Withdrawals require the minimum balance shown for each method and may take up to [X] business days.
- We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, exploits, bots, or violation of an offer's terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using VPNs, emulators, device spoofing, or multiple accounts to claim rewards.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete offers.
- Providing false demographic or registration information.
- Attempting to exploit or interfere with the App or its partner networks.
Violation may result in forfeiture of points, withheld withdrawals, and account termination without notice.
7. Third-party offer networks
Offers are provided by independent third parties. GameCash does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, availability, or reward terms of any individual offer.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party offer content) are owned by [COMPANY NAME].
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of points or delayed/failed payments caused by third-party networks.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or suspected fraud. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Funktionsweise von GameCash
Die App zeigt Angebote von Drittanbieter-Netzwerken (Ayet Studios, AdGem, Torox u. a.). Das Erreichen des Ziels, bestätigt durch das Netzwerk, wird mit Punkten belohnt, einlösbar ab den in der App angezeigten Mindestbeträgen.
4. Konto
- Ein Konto pro Person. Mehrfachkonten werden gesperrt.
- Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihrer Zugangsdaten verantwortlich.
- Falsche Angaben können zum Verfall von Punkten und Kontosperrung führen.
5. Punkte, Prämien und Auszahlungen
- Punkte haben keinen Geldwert bis zur erfolgreichen Auszahlung und sind nicht übertragbar.
- Die Gutschrift hängt von der Bestätigung des Angebotsnetzwerks ab.
- Auszahlungen erfordern den angezeigten Mindestbetrag und können bis zu [X] Werktage dauern.
- Wir behalten uns vor, durch Betrug erlangte Belohnungen einzubehalten.
6. Verbotenes Verhalten
- VPNs, Emulatoren, Geräte-Spoofing oder Mehrfachkonten.

- Falsche Angaben bei der Registrierung.
- Manipulation der App oder der Partnernetzwerke.
Ein Verstoß kann zur fristlosen Kontosperrung führen.
7. Angebotsnetzwerke Dritter
Angebote werden von unabhängigen Dritten bereitgestellt; GameCash haftet nicht für deren Inhalt oder Bedingungen.
8. Geistiges Eigentum
